Daylesford, Springbank, Skipton, Bungaree, Ballan, Creswick and Carngham Linton all enter the weekend winless and desperate to get their first win.
READ MORE SPORT:
Daylesford has a draw up its sleeve thanks to its round one game against Hepburn being called-off, however, a home match against Creswick in round three is as good a chance as any to get the first win of the year.
The Wickers would be saying the same thing, keen to hit the scoreboard more after totals of 25 and 35 in the opening two rounds.
Springbank has been decimated with injury and Gordon won't make its struggles any easier. The Eagles are flying and remain injury free for the most part.
A win to the Tigers would kick-start their season in a big way.
Skipton host Beaufort who are fresh off a 93-point belting at the hands of Waubra. The Emus were better against Dunnstown in round two but it wasn't enough in the end. A win against the Crows gets them back on track.
Bungaree face Dunnstown in what should be, on paper, a tight contest. The Demons have been hit with the injury bug, but their young core need to steady the ship before clashes with Beaufort and Hepburn in rounds four and five respectively.
Ballan take on Learmonth and need to respond after a disappointing showing against Clunes in round two. Carngham Linton are much the same, badly needing a strong response against Rokewood after a 215-point belting to Hepburn.
