As expected the first half was a tight tussle, however, a seven goal to two third term handed the Burra a nice buffer and they ran away 20.13 (133) to 6.8 (44) winners.

Hepburn co-coach Jason Olver told The Courier it was a nice response from his side after Waubra dominated much of the second term.
"They came back at us in the second quarter there's no doubt and the game was on again. We just had to re-focus, we had one man down obviously because of the send off," he said.
"Once we re-structured again at half time we came out all guns blazing, we just stuck to our game plan, what we wanted to do. We know it's a quality opposition, but it went our way today."
Hepburn were on song early, Sam Dunstan continuing his ridiculous form from round two with a left foot snap goal to kick-off proceedings.
Waubra felt the affect of losing star ruckman Geordie Lukich, who was a late out from the named team.
As expected in a grand final re-match it was a contested and tough start, the Burra getting the better of the play in the last few minutes of the quarter to lead by 25 points at the first break.
Joshua King got Waubra back on track to start the second term, Hepburn giving away its second man the mark free kick for as many goals.
Dunstan nailed his fourth goal but it was all Waubra after this. Hepburns' Billy Johns was yellow carded for a sling tackle on Bailey Colligan, who would not return to the field.
The Roos handball game was superb, slick, quick hands releasing their runners into space and generating some clean inside 50s to bring the margin to just 14 points at the main break.
Lachy Rinaldi kicked the first goal of the third quarter for Waubra but it was all Hepburn for the remainder of the term.
McKay brothers Andy, Brad and Mitchell all hit the scoreboard alongside Dunstan, who kicked two in the term to take his tally to six for the day. All of a sudden, the deficit had blown out to 46 points.
A further 7.2 to one behind in the final term blew the margin out, Hepburn running all over the reigning premiers with superior stoppage work and clean clearances.
Burra co-coach Shane Robertson said wresting back possession and momentum was how his side got back on top in the third term.
"Waubra to their credit came out in the second quarter and hunted the footy really well. We just had to get back to the basics, we controlled the footy in the first quarter," he said.
"We addressed that at half time and came out and I think the third quarter just got our hands back on the ball first and made Waubra chase."
Andy McKay was best on ground for the victors, Zachary Kupsch, Ned Johns and Sam Dunstan (eight goals) also key contributors.
For Waubra, Jackson Kinna and Alex McPherson were superb off half-back, Austin Murphy solid up forward with two goals.
