The season will restart with a re-scheduled round seven after those games were initially abandoned following the first announcement of the lockdown.
Ballarat hosts East Point, Melton South travels to Darley, Redan welcomes Lake Wendouree, and Sebastopol is at home to Sunbury.
IN OTHER NEWS:
North Ballarat will also host Bacchus Marsh on Sunday, with Mars Stadium being used by the GWV Rebels on Saturday.
As all games are being played in regional Victoria, up to 1000 spectators can attend.
The league will play its abandoned round eight games the following weekend with one slight change.
The Melton South v Ballarat game has been moved to Alfredton Oval so all games can be in regional Victoria, allowing more time for crowd restrictions to ease for the metropolitan clubs.
Round 11 will be played as originally scheduled on July 3, with rounds nine and 10 to be played the following two weeks.
As a result, rounds 12 and 13 from the original fixture will be abandoned.
Rounds 14 to 18 will be played as originally scheduled.
While two rounds have been lost from the season, the altered fixture ensures each club plays seven home and away games and competes against each other once. Every club also has two byes, for which no points will be awarded.
"We tried to make the changes we needed to with as little disruption we could just because of ground availability and bookings and the like," BFNL general manager Shane Anwyl said.
"Round seven and eight are starting this weekend because there are no metro games in round seven. That just allows more time for crowds (to return).
"Round 11 is kept as is because there was no change required.
"We needed to play rounds nine and 10 because we needed to get the first 11 rounds of the season completed (to ensure everyone played each other). So it made sense to play them where rounds 12 and 13 would have been, so that's why those rounds have been abandoned."
