Andrew Green appeared at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court on Thursday for a first mention, charged with two counts of intentionally touching a woman without their consent in 2018, and three counts of using a carriage service to send offensive messages in 2020.
The charges are unresolved at this stage.
The case will return to court on September 23, with Green's bail extended.
