They took out the opening five events, with the $350,000 Grand National the only race on the card to elude them - with them being denied an opportunity for a clean sweep owing to them not having a runner in the jumps classic.
Maher and Eustace shared the domination with globetrotting Irish jockey Willie McCarthy, who had a stable treble, and Steve Pateman, who had a double.
The Maher-Eustace feat headlined another massive day for the Ballarat racing community.
Four of their winners came out of their Ballarat stable, while Ballarat jockey Lee Horner won his second consecutive Grand National Steeplechase on Horsham galloper Inayforhay ($2.90) for trainer Paul Preusker.
Horner, who is married to trainer Amy McDonald, won on Bee Tee Junior last year.
Horner described the feeling as "unreal", made all the more satisfying after facing challenges to get back to race riding from injury.
"I had to fight to get back on (Inayforhay). I have to thank Paul. When I got injured obviously he had to replace me. I'm really grateful to him for putting me back on," he said.
Meanwhile, Maher-Eustace Ballarat stable foreman Delcan Maher said it would probably take a while for the magnitude of having five winners on such as marquee day to settle in.
"We couldn't be prouder of everyone. The hard work they (stable staff) put in is unbelievable. Day-in, day-out, everybody is there. If you ask them to do something, they go and do it. It's just a super team."
Maher and Eustace set the tone right from the outset, owning everything about the opening event, the Ciaron Maher Says Thank You to Racing Maiden Hurdle, 3250m.
As well as sponsoring it, they trained and raced the winner, Raise You Ten ($1.85 favourite), which is owned by Maher with family members and friends.
The stable continued the run with Heberite ($6) in the Hygain Winners Choice Maiden Hurdle, 3400m; Light Pillar ($4.60) in the Sportsbet Gotta Take Care Hurdle, 3600m; Sauntner Boy ($2.40 favourite) in the $125,000 Ecycle Solutions JJ Houlahan Hurdle, 3250m; and Mawaany Machine ($2 favourite), in the Henry Dwyer Racing Benchmark120 Steeplechase, 3400m.
For Willie McCarthy, it was the perfect way to finish his first riding stint in Australia.
McCarthy, who has ridden more than 200 winner worldwide including in the United States, has been with Maher and Eustace in Ballarat since May.
The 38-year-old grew up in Ireland with Ballarat's John Allen and moved to Australia looking to reignite his career.
McCarthy said he was hopeful of returning to Australia for next jumping season.
The last two jumps in the Grand National had to removed for safety reasons owing to sun glare.
