According to Victoria Police Media, a 31-year-old Wendouree man has been charged with aggravated burglary, theft of motor vehicle and bail offences.
He has been remanded to appear at Ballarat Magistrates' Court on October 14.
A 35-year-old Yarraville man has been charged with aggravated burglary, theft of motor vehicle, driving and bail related offences.
He has been remanded to appear at Ballarat Magistrates' Court on September 20.
PREVIOUSLY: Police have arrested two men who allegedly crashed a stolen car on the Western Freeway on Monday morning.
The arrests came after a Chrysler sedan was allegedly stolen during an aggravated burglary at a home in Wendouree about 8am on Monday, according to Victoria Police Media.
Police received multiple calls regarding the vehicle being driven erratically and at high speed on the Western Freeway.
IN THE NEWS
The vehicle was found near Leakes Road about 10am after it had crashed into the wire barrier.
Two men were arrested after a short foot pursuit.
Both were taken to hospital for observation and remain under police guard.
