While five new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed for Ballarat on Monday, bringing the city's total active cases to 17, all are linked to known cases.
Four are from one household linked to a construction worker while the other is a close contact of a case in Melbourne.
There are also two other active cases in the region, one in Daylesford and one in the East Wimmera.

Additional exposure sites have been identified across Ballarat, with about 180 people currently in mandatory 14-day isolation.
Ballarat Health Services said there had been no confirmed community transmission in the city, such as cases coming from supermarkets.
BHS acting chief executive Melanie Robertson said she was delighted there had been no community transmission, which was the health provider's main concern going into lockdown.
"That's absolutely applaudable in the way that our community has reacted to this lockdown. It also shows us this lockdown has worked and this was our aim," she said.
"That is through the actions of every individual doing the right things, following the rules, getting tested, getting vaccinated. Once again, a huge thank you to the Ballarat community but we need to keep going.
"We've got some really positive signs but we're not quite there yet, we need to get some more information. The work going on behind the scenes to get us moving sooner rather than later is absolutely critical and these people are absolutely committed to Ballarat going back to normality as soon as we possibly can."
Premier Daniel Andrews announced 10,000 additional vaccine doses would be redirected to Ballarat as a result of the outbreak and BHS infectious diseases doctor Aaron Bloch said these appointments were gradually being added to the system.
"It's done in a kind of gradual sense so while there is still a lot of demand and we have heard some reports of people having to wait, there are new appointments being opened all the time," he said.
"If you've got your appointment a little bit further down the track, you can always keep calling or checking and there may be earlier appointments becoming available."
