It brings the total number of active cases in the state to 23,376.
Sadly the Department of Health also confirmed another seven people diagnosed with the virus have died.
It comes as testing remains high, with 73,501 test results received.

No new exposure sites were listed in the City of Ballarat, though a tier one site in Hepburn Springs was added.
Data from the Department of Health reveals Ballarat has recorded four new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, bringing the total number of active cases to 74, while Moorabool Shire has recorded two new cases.

Premier Daniel Andrews is expected to confirm whether Melbourne will exit lockdown early today, with Victoria on track to reach its 70 per cent COVID-19 vaccination target this week.
Under the state's roadmap the current Melbourne lockdown is due to end on October 26 - the predicted date when 70 per cent of those aged over 16 are double-dosed.
However, Victoria is now forecast to reach the milestone as early as Thursday due to soaring second-dose rates.
Both Mr Andrews and Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton last week said they were open to taking the first step out of lockdown early, in line with reaching vaccination coverage goals.
Restrictions will ease further when 80 per cent of the eligible population is double vaccinated. This was originally projected on November 5.
The latest data shows 88.05 per cent of Victoria's over-16 population have had one vaccine dose and 65.02 per cent both.
Meanwhile, police squashed another would-be anti-lockdown, anti-vaccine protest in Melbourne on Saturday.
Officers significantly outnumbered the wannabe demonstrators, several of whom were arrested as they attempted to gather at Princes Park in Carlton North.
Organisers flagged other meeting locations using an encrypted social media channel before calling it quits.
