As of Wednesday, more than 95 per cent of postcode 3357's eligible population of 3284 people have received their second jab, hitting the 80 per cent mark on October 11.
Postcode 3350, which takes in most of Ballarat Central, Mount Helen, Alfredton, and Brown Hill, is at the 75 to 80 per cent double-vaccinated mark for its 54,755 eligible residents, while postcode 3355, which is Wendouree and surrounds, the rate is at the 70 to 75 per cent mark for its 11,569 residents.

The site for targeted vaccination drives in recent weeks, the Sebastopol and Delacombe postcode of 3356 is beginning to catch up, with 60 to 65 per cent of its 15,513 eligible residents now fully vaccinated, and 80 to 85 per cent having received one jab.
The 3363 postcode, which covers Creswick and Tourello, is at 80 to 85 per cent fully-vaccinated, while the broader 3352 postcode, which takes in much of the rest of the district from Mount Egerton to Lexton, is at 70 to 75 per cent fully vaccinated.
Vaccinations are free and safe, and available from GPs and pharmacies, as well as the mass vaccination hub at the Ballarat Mercure on Main Road.
The City of Ballarat, as a local government area, smashed through the 80 per cent fully vaccinated mark earlier this week, well ahead of the rest of the state.
IN THE NEWS
On Thursday, seven more positive COVID-19 cases were reported, five in the 3350 postcode, one in the 3352 and one in 3356.
There are now 64 active cases in the city, a number that has hovered between 50 and 75 for almost three weeks.
More restrictions will be eased from 6pm on Friday when the state hits the 80 per cent jab target, with more capacity in venues, and masks only required indoors and in crowded areas outside.
