On the club's Facebook page, O'Hanlon said he was excited to lead the club forward, a place that he has been a part of for a long time.
"The BFNC is a huge part of my life, having been involved in the club for almost 30 years, I love everything about the place," he said.
"Hopefully my favourite memories are yet to come by winning premierships, seeing our local kids play sport to the highest level possible, and the club being a place everyone can call home."
Conroy said she was excited to help lead the club that has been so welcoming to her sons and help build on what other women have built at the club.
"I love how my boys have been welcomed into the club, making so many friends along the way and friends for life through sport," she said.
"I feel inspired by the many wonderful women from past years that have been involved in the club and hope to be able to continue the work they have started."
O'Hanlon takes over from outgoing president Joshua Mullane.
The club's Facebook post said further committee announcements will be made in the coming weeks.
Previously, Harley Bongart won the club's senior football best and fairest, while Emily Lyle took out the A Grade top honour.
