A man flown to hospital after a crash in Springdallah on Sunday afternoon is in a serious condition in the ICU.
The patient in his 30s suffered head and upper body injuries in the crash and was flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital yesterday evening.
Police are continuing to investigate the cause.

A man has been flown to hospital in a critical condition after a car rollover in Springdallah on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to a crash at Racecourse Road and Pitfield-Scarsdale Road about 2.30pm.
Police are investigating the two-vehicle collision.
In a statement from Police Media, it said emergency services were first called to the scene following reports two vehicles had collided causing one to roll.
The driver of the vehicle which rolled was flown to hospital with serious injuries while the passenger was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The occupants of the second vehicle were uninjured.
Police also said the exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.

The Courier understands a ute rolled over at high speed, landing with the driver's side down, and the driver was trapped for about 50 minutes.
Rescue crews worked to free the driver and two road ambulances and an air ambulance was called to the scene.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed a man in his 30s was flown in a critical condition to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with head and upper body injuries.
Another man in his 30s was transported by road ambulance to Ballarat Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition with upper body injuries.
The Pitfield Road remained closed for much of the afternoon as police attended the scene and Racecourse Road was eventually opened to traffic when the air ambulance had taken off with the injured man.
