NEW CASES: 2 (up from 0 yesterday)
ACTIVE CASES: 14 (no change since yesterday)
Ballarat has recorded two new cases of COVID in the 24 hours to midnight on Sunday, breaking a two-day streak of no daily cases.
There are 14 active cases as of Monday, no change since yesterday.
Despite recording six new cases, the Moorabool Shire's active tally has dropped by one to 35.
The Golden Plains Shire has recorded three new infections, with its active tally standing at nine.
The Pyrenees Shire has also seen two new cases added to it's tally, with four active cases.
The Hepburn Shire did not record any new cases.

NEW CASES: 1029 (down from 1275 yesterday)
DEATHS: 3 (down from four yesterday)
ACTIVE CASES: 9533 (down from 9632 yesterday)
IN HOSPITAL: 316 (down from 317 yesterday)
IN ICU: 44 (down from 56 yesterday)
ON VENTILATOR: 23 (down from 25 yesterday)
The number of new COVID-19 cases detected in Victoria is continuing to drop, as more restrictions are eased and the 90 per cent double-vaccination target approaches.
The state is now managing 9533 coronavirus cases and 316 virus-related patients in hospital, pushing down the seven-day average to 327.
Forty-four people in intensive care are actively infected and 54 have been cleared, with 23 of those on a ventilator.
Health officials say virus testers processed 49,818 results on Sunday, while 3510 vaccine doses were administered at state-run hubs.
Despite those and others at GPs and pharmacies, the state still hasn't officially hit its 90 per cent vaccination milestone
About 89 per cent of Victorians aged 12 and over are now fully vaccinated.
