Midlands proved too solid for Creswick with David Speechley (20-9) and Gregory Plier (21-19) scoring solid wins.

Speechley's big result was enough to see his team pick up the extra 10 points on offer.

A one shot win from Anthony Gutteridge over Richard Irwin proved the difference between the sides in what was a close contest throughout. John Hofstra and Leonard Vincent has solid in their respective match ups.

Victoria's score of 76 in a 31-shot win over Clunes was enough to send it to the top of the ladder on shot difference. Richard Haddrick's team starred with a 34-8 win to put the big difference between the teams.

Webbcona had a 21 shot advantage in its 14 points to two victory over City Oval, but the BMS and Buninyong match was much closer, with BMS holding on for 59-58 win, picking up a 14-2 point success.
