Perth Lynx, UC Capitals, Melbourne Boomers and Adelaide Lightning will play in the two games at Ballarat Sport and Events Centre on Wednesday, January 19.
The Women's National Basketball League has confirmed the dates and times for six WNBL games involving all the competition's eight teams.
The State Government, WNBL and Basketball Ballarat announced earlier this month that Perth Lynx would be based in Ballarat from January 8 for most of the month as part of a regional Victoria "festival of women's basketball", which would include 15 WNBL games.
BSEC will be Perth's home court for training and games.
The doubleheader will have Lynx playing the Capitals and the Boomers matched up against Adelaide Lightning.
Perth will play in Ballarat three times, also meeting Townsville Fire and Bendigo Spirit.
The Capitals and Melbourne-based Southside Flyers will each tip off at BSEC twice.
Ballarat schedule:
WEDNESDAY, January 12: Southside Flyers v Sydney Uni Flames, 6.30pm
SUNDAY, January 16: Perth Lynx v Townsville Fire, 3pm
WEDNESDAY, January 19: Melbourne Boomers v Adelaide Lightning, 5pm and Perth Lynx v UC Capitals, 7.30pm
FRIDAY, January 21: UC Capitals v Southside Flyers, 7pm
SATURDAY, January 29: Perth Lnyx v Bendigo Spirit, 5pm
Lynx is yet to play a game this season, which began on December 4. Perth opens its campaign against Adelaide on Sunday, January 2.
Their encounter against Townsville in Ballarat will be their fifth fixture.
