Trump team cite presidential immunity in documents case

The legal team for former US president Donald Trump is urging a Florida judge to dismiss charges of illegally retaining classified documents, claiming in part that presidential immunity protects him from prosecution -- an argument already submitted to the US Supreme Court in his election interference case.
