Madam Yum is sharing the story so far in Luxville Redux tonight as part of the Biennale of Australian Art. The event at St Andrew’s Hall will feature screenings, talks and a citizenship ceremony.
Luxville is a transmedia narrative project sparked three years ago, developing a mythical town which looks and sounds a lot like Ballarat.

There are lots of traces of intrigue in a bid to spark some excitement and heart in the city, so when ever you enter a room you are never entirely certain what will happen.
Luxville Redux follows a secret mass twirl event amid Ballarat Winter Festival, encouraging everyone and anyone to have a twirl for fun or to make a statement, like the importance to find a safe place to twirl in the world.
Madam Yum will host Luxville Redux at St Andrew’s Hall from 9pm. Dress code is fabulous. BOAA ticket for entry and Luxville passport, if you have one.
