He has received an invite after spending most of the season playing with Williamstown in the VFL after crossing from Essendon at the start of the year.
Ottavi has only played twice for the Roos this season - his second with club.
Greater Western Victoria Rebels' Toby Mahony (Camperdown) will also attend.
Another Rebel Mitch Martin (Horsham Saints) will go to the "Rookie Me" combine on October 5.
These invites follow on from Rebels duo Jay Rantall (South Warrnambool) and Isaac Wareham (Terang-Mortlake) being listed to attend the national draft combine on October 1-4.
Rebels bottom-age players Harry Sharp (East Point) and Jack Tillig (St Arnaud) will play for Vic Country against Vic Metro in an under-17 futures at Carlton on Sunday.
