Klein reached the milestone alongside his son Jake in a fourth grade win over Ballan on Saturday.
As a former first eleven captain, Klein played his first Senior Game in the 1991-92 season as a 15-year-old. He quickly rose to the first grade ranks, playing 184 games at the highest level.

A talented batsman, he has compiled 6594 runs in his career as well as 31 wickets and 74 catches.
He also featured in the club's 2015-16 first eleven premiership triumph over Brown Hill.
The club took to social media last week to honour his achievements.
"An outstanding batsmen and an even better bloke, topped off by being named in our team of the century," the post read.
Klein enjoyed a successful week all around over the weekend, with the club's first eleven side claiming its first victory of the season over Napoleons-Sebastopol.
