Darley has bounced back from its first loss in 18 months with a thumping win over Ballarat-Redan in a one day clash in the Ballarat Cricket Association.

The Lions chased down the Two Swords' first innings score of 151 with eight wickets to spare at Darley Oval on Saturday.
The performance delighted Lions captain Brad Barnes, who put the onus the on his troops after scoring only 90 runs the week prior.

"Last week wasn't the Darley way we stand for," he said after the match.
"I was really hoping for a response and I got one today."
The Two Swords were quick off he mark in the first innings before losing three wickets in quick succession. Lions paceman Dayle Locke dismissed opener Matt Sandford before striking again to leave Ballarat-Redan at 3-75.
Wickets fell cheaply from then on, with Darley running out tail-ender Sam Hope to dismiss the visitors in the 48th over.
Darley dodged a bullet early in the second innings when opener Danza Hyatt was cleaned-bowled off a no-ball. It was as close as Ballarat-Redan would get to the Jamaican, who finished on an unbeaten 80.
"Danza was class, he didn't have to get out of second gear," Barnes said.
Barnes heaped praise on Locke, who after being on the fringe of selection last season, re-affirmed his his place with figures of 2-13.
"He's probably been the pick of our bowlers every game and when there is an opportunity he has taken it," he said.
Meanwhile North Ballarat continued its dream start with a six-wicket win over Wendouree.
The Roosters, 4-179, chased down the Red Caps' first score first innings of 176 at Wendouree Turf.
New recruit Dylan Achison's knock of 55 marked a career best in the first grade ranks. He was backed up by Leigh Lorenzen (42), while Ash McCafferty finished with superb bowling figures of 4-13.
Elsewhere Mt Clear chased down Buninyong to win by three wickets at Mt Clear Turf. Mounties strike bowler John Butler led the way with figures of 3-24.
