The Ballarat Cup runner-up from the Dan O'Sullivan did not get enough public votes to finish in the top 10 for a guaranteed start in the feature at Moonee Valley on Saturday, March 13.
Affair To Remember is still in the running though to get one of five wildcards to make up the field.
Ballarat-owned Mr Quickie was voted into the field for the second time.
Mr Quickie is raced by Ballarat-based syndicator Wylie Dalziel Roy Higgins Racing and trained at Pakenham by Phillip Stokes.
Cox Plate winner Sir Dragonet, trained by Ciaron Maher and David Eustace, who have a major stable in Ballarat as part of their two-start training empire, was also voted into the All-Star Mile.
