Paige Scott was amongst the goals again with two majors. She now has eight goals for the season to date.
Nyakoat Dojiok and Stella Bridgewater were the other goal kickers with one each.
Kalani Scoullar was named the player of the day on the Rebels' social media after a great performance in the ruck.
Lilli Condon and Nyakoat Dojiok were amongst the better players on the day as well.
Coach David Loader was impressed with the performance considering the quick turn around from Wednesday's game against Bendigo.
"They did really well. We probably scored a few goals early and that held us in pretty good stead because later in the day we were under siege," he said.
"They kicked with a fair breeze in the last quarter but we were able to hold up and the girls fought it out pretty well."
A two goal to zero opening term set the game up for the Rebels. They were able to add one more in the second term while keeping the Jets to just 1.1.
Despite a scoreless final quarter, the Rebels were able to keep the Jets to one goal and take the nine-point victory.
Loader said it was a tough and physical game.
"It was quite contested and confined for a lot of the game. We couldn't seem to get out and use the ball very well. They just kept making it contest after contest which is a good way I suppose to play against us, so it was pretty tough," he said.
The side will now look forward to the round seven clash with the ladder leading Oakleigh Chargers at Mars Stadium on Sunday March 21.
The first bounce is scheduled for 11:30am.
The Chargers boast a 5-0 record, presenting a great test for the Rebels.
