Rokewood-Corindhap co-coach Brad Macgowan said he is injury free and will strengthen the Grasshoppers midfield.
"Jack is a tall midfielder with an elite level of fitness that will further strengthen our midfield running power," he said.
Kelly will also head up the club's fitness and performance.
Jenkins joins from Redan in the Ballarat Football Netball League, where he became a staple of the backline group for the Lions.
He played 40 senior games in the last three seasons since debuting in 2018.
Macgowan said Jenkins will add some rebounding off half-back.
"Zac is a classy half back - midfielder with an elite kick who joins us from Redan where he has been an important part of their team for many years," he said.
Aikman and Riding are fresh from North Ballarat's under-19 side which finished third on the ladder this past season.
Aikman finished second on the league goalkicking tally with 26 majors in 10 games.
He is also the brother of Grasshoppers midfielder Matthew, who won The Courier player of the year award this season and finished third in the Geoff Taylor Medal.
Macgowan said Riding will add some depth to the backline group.
"Max is an athletic defender out of North Ballarat under-19's who can fill multiple roles in the backline and has an exciting future at our club," he said.
Macgowan added that at this stage the majority of the 2021 list, which qualified for CHFL finals for the first time in its history, has committed to returning to the club in 2022.
